Adding ginger to food recipes has been known as the all-inclusive, medicinal product of the earth. Ginger contains anti-inflammatory properties and it’s used in most recipes for its nutritional properties. It reduces swelling, inflammation and free radical damage on your cells, which makes it useful as a therapy and anti-aging tool. It also contains 40 antioxidant compounds that reduce aging, improve the appearance of scars and acne, and may even help prevent arthritis and osteoporosis.
- 1 cup lukewarm brewed green tea

Now, it’s time to give your skin a refresh by using this homemade scrub to exfoliate. Boil up a cup of water and let it cool down before you put your green tea bag in.
